Making that declaration without a plan meant that so many young people in our company stepped up to help us, and B Corps around us all rallied around.

SI QUEREMOS AYUDAR A LOS JÓVENES A HUIR DE LA TRAMPA DEL PERFECCIONISMO, LES ENSEÑAREMOS QUE EN UN MUNDO CAÓTICO, LA VIDA NOS VENCERÁ CON FRECUENCIA, PERO NO PASA NADA.
POR LO GENERAL, PARA QUE UN JOVEN DE GANDO GANE DINERO, TIENE QUE DEJAR EL CAMPO E IRSE A LA CIUDAD; ALGUNAS VECES SE VAN Y NO REGRESAN, LO QUE DEBILITA A LA COMUNIDAD.
ESTA SE CENTRA PRINCIPALMENTE EN LAS ÁREAS OBVIAS, TALES COMO NUESTRA RESPUESTA EMPÁTICA A LOS NIÑOS Y JÓVENES, A NUESTRO PERSONAL DE SERVICIO, Y A LOS ANCIANOS Y ENFERMOS.
HACER ESA DECLARACIÓN SIN UN PLAN LLEVÓ A MUCHA GENTE JOVEN DE LA EMPRESA A DAR UN PASO Y AYUDARNOS, Y A RECIBIR APOYO DE OTRAS B CORPS DE NUESTRO ALREDEDOR.
