LAS CALLES SON UNOS DE LOS RECURSOS MÁS VALIOSOS QUE TIENE UNA CIUDAD, Y SIN EMBARGO ES UN BIEN QUE EN GRAN PARTE SE PASA POR ALTO.
DESDE EL 2007, CADA DOS MESES SE CORTA EL TRÁFICO EN LAS CALLES MÁS TRANSITADAS DE LA CIUDAD Y SE CONVIERTEN EN ZONAS DE RECREO PARA LA INFANCIA.
