LA TERRIBLE REALIDAD ES QUE NO EXISTE REGLA ECONÓMICA QUE TRADUZCA AUTOMÁTICAMENTE MAYOR CRECIMIENTO ECONÓMICO EN PROSPERIDAD AMPLIAMENTE COMPARTIDA.
