POR ESO HEMOS PLANTEADO QUE EL TRATADO DE LIBRE COMERCIO AL CUAL ESTAMOS ADSCRITOS SE TRANSFORME EN UN VERDADERO PLAN PARA LA COOPERACIÓN Y EL DESARROLLO ENTRE LOS TRES PAÍSES.
