EL PRIMER MINISTRO TAMBIÉN SE REFIRIÓ A LOS CRECIENTES VÍNCULOS ENTRE ISRAEL Y LOS PAÍSES AFRICANOS, SEÑALANDO QUE ÉSTA ES SU QUINTA VISITA AL CONTINENTE EN MENOS DE CUATRO AÑOS.
