LOS PAÍSES INDEPENDIENTES PERO MÁS DÉBILES PUEDEN AFIRMAR SU INDEPENDENCIA –TAL Y COMO ES- SÓLO DEBIDO AL GRAN CONFLICTO ENTRE RUSIA Y LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS.
ESTADOS UNIDOS NO SERÍA UN PAÍS TAN PODEROSO SI HUBIERA CINCUENTA PAÍSES EN SU LUGAR EN VEZ DE UN SOLO PAÍS CON CINCUENTA ESTADOS.
