DEBEMOS HACER TODO LO POSIBLE PARA QUE NUESTRA ECONOMÍA ERA COMPETITIVO, Y ESTO INCLUYE EL ESTABLECIMIENTO DE BUENAS RELACIONES COMERCIALES CON PAÍSES COMO LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS.
LAS RELACIONES CON PAÍSES OCCIDENTALES, SINO TAMBIÉN CON MUCHOS OTROS ESTADOS, COMENZARON A REFORZARSE EN LO QUE PARECIÓ SER EL INTERÉS NACIONAL DE RUMANIA.
