ESTO NO TIENE MUCHO SENTIDO, SOBRE TODO TENIENDO EN CUENTA QUE CANADÁ PLANTEÓ AL MISMO TIEMPO UN ENFOQUE MÁS REALISTA, JUNTO CON AL MENOS OTROS 25 PAÍSES.
