SEGÚN LA COMISIÓN ESTO REFLEJA LA EFICACIA DEL DIÁLOGO CON LOS ESTADOS MIEMBROS EN EL MARCO DEL PROCEDIMIENTO EU PILOT.
LAS MEDIDAS DE CONTINGENCIA DEBEN CUMPLIR –EN TODOS LOS NIVELES DE DECISIÓN: UE Y ESTADOS MIEMBROS– CON TRES PRINCIPIOS, SEGÚN LA COMISIÓN.
