AMBOS SON DOS DE LOS PAÍSES MÁS POBRES DE LA UNIÓN EUROPEA, PERO EN AMBOS LOS RECURSOS ECONÓMICOS ESTÁN REPARTIDOS DE LA MANERA MÁS EQUITATIVA POSIBLE.
