LA COMISIÓN CELEBRÓ UN PRIMER DIÁLOGO CON LAS PARTES INTERESADAS SOBRE EL BIENESTAR DE LOS ANIMALES DEL 23 AL 24 DE FEBRERO DE 2016 CON TODAS LAS PRINCIPALES PARTES INTERESADAS Y LOS ESTADOS MIEMBROS.
