EN UN INFORME DE 2015 DE LA COMISIÓN EUROPEA (DISPONIBLE EN TODAS LAS LENGUAS DE LA UE) SE EXPONE LA SITUACIÓN Y SE ABORDAN LAS DISPOSICIONES MÁS IMPORTANTES Y PERTINENTES.
JEAN-CLAUDE JUNCKER ASEGURÓ QUE LA COMISIÓN DEBERÍA ELABORAR UNA O DOS VECES AL AÑO UN INFORME SOBRE EL RESPETO DEL ESTADO DE DERECHO EN TODOS LOS ESTADOS MIEMBROS.
