A DIFERENCIA DE LOS PROCESOS QUE MÁS AVANZARON EN ESOS AÑOS (VENEZUELA O BOLIVIA), EN LA ARGENTINA NO SE MODIFICÓ LA CONSTITUCIÓN NEOLIBERAL DE 1994.
PERO 15 AÑOS Y MUCHA EXPERIENCIA DE PRIMERA MANO MÁS TARDE, LA CATÁSTROFE ECONÓMICA Y DEMOCRÁTICA QUE ENVUELVE A VENEZUELA ME HA OBLIGADO A REEVALUAR MI POSICIÓN.
EN LOS ÚLTIMOS AÑOS, SIN EMBARGO, DADOS LOS TRÁGICOS SUCESOS QUE TUVIERON LUGAR, EUROPA DEBERÍAN HABER ENTENDIDO QUE ESTAS ESTRATEGIAS NO FUNCIONAN.
