If you are looking for a tool in the toolbar and it is not visible, what should you do?
With nothing selected, click the More Tools button in the Properties panel.
Click the ellipsis at the bottom of the toolbar.
In the Window menu, click Window > Tools.
Turn on the tool in the preferences.
